Easy Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 4 Rocky Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • La Tortilla Factory Yellow Corn Street Taco Tortillas
  • TOPPINGS
  • La Casa Fresh Salsa
  • Clover Sonoma Organic Cheddar Cheese Shreds
  • diced avocados and shredded lettuce
  • lime wedges
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cut the chicken into 1 inch strips, season with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook until golden, 6 minutes. Add spices and stir until coated, 1 minute more. If needed, add a little more oil or water to help spices coat chicken.

  2. Build tacos: In tortillas, layer chicken and desired toppings. Serve with lime wedges.
