Easy Chicken Tacos
At Oliver’s Market, we are proud to feature locally raised Rocky Chickens. With a simple spice rub and served in warmed tortillas with desired toppings, these tacos are completed with the addition of local tortillas, salsa and cheese-a delicious way to support and connect with our local vendors here in Sonoma county!

Ingredients
- 4 Rocky Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- La Tortilla Factory Yellow Corn Street Taco Tortillas
- TOPPINGS
- La Casa Fresh Salsa
- Clover Sonoma Organic Cheddar Cheese Shreds
- diced avocados and shredded lettuce
- lime wedges
- sour cream
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cut the chicken into 1 inch strips, season with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook until golden, 6 minutes. Add spices and stir until coated, 1 minute more. If needed, add a little more oil or water to help spices coat chicken.
Build tacos: In tortillas, layer chicken and desired toppings. Serve with lime wedges.
