Easy Blueberry Jam

It’s blueberry time! This week, get fresh and sweet pints of organic blueberries from Homegrown for only $2.99 each. This blueberry jam requires no canning, no pectin, and no stress! Spread it on homemade blueberry scones or toast for a sweet and tart bite.

  • Serves: about 2 cups
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes


  • 4 c. Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat on medium until berries begin to burst; when berries have released liquid, raise heat slightly and bring to a simmer.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 30 minutes). Transfer to a clean jar and allow to cool, then place in refridgerator.

  3. Jam will keep up to 30 days in fridge.
