This traditional Brazilian corn pudding is the perfect after-dinner treat and a great way to use up an abundance of sweet corn.

  • 8-9 ears Fresh Sweet Corn, shucked & kernels cut from cob
  • 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
  • scant 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Whole Milk
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • Cinnamon (for serving)
