- 4-6 ears fresh corn, shucked
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Prepare grill for direct heat, and preheat to on medium-high. Combine melted butter, lime juice, and chili powder and set aside. Place shucked corn on the grill.
Grill corn, turning frequently, until corn is lightly charred on all sides (about 10 minutes). Brush grilled corn thoroughly with chili-lime butter. Serve immediately.
