Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of flax seeds
  • 2 scoops of Garden of Life SPORT Certified Grass Fed Whey Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or chunks)


  1. Throw all the ingredients, except chocolate chips, into a bullet blender and pulse until fully combined.

  2. Once the ingredients are blended together, heat up a non-stick skillet over medium or medium-low heat with a little bit of Coconut or olive oil.

  3. Pour out the batter in two even circles, about 4 inches in diameter. Once the batter is poured, place the chocolate chips in the center of each pancake.

  4. Once it starts to bubble at the top and you can see it’s cooked at the sides - you can flip each pancake and cook the other side.

  5. After about a minute, go ahead and place your pancakes on a plate. Repeat for the remaining batter.
