Champagne Jello Shots

  • Serves: 1 dozen

  • Cook Time: 3 hours


  • 1 c. Champagne
  • 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 packets Gelatin
  • 1 c. Ginger Ale
  • Colored Sugar Sprinkles


  1. Combine champagne, sugar, and lemon juice in saucepan and add gelatin. Allow to bloom without stirring for 3 minutes.

  2. When gelatin has bloomed, heat on low and stir until gelatin has fully dissolved. Do not allow to boil. Add ginger ale and allow carbonation to bubble off, then pour into shallow baking dish and chill until set. Top with sugar sprinkles before serving.
