- ¼ cup fresh organic blueberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 750 ml. bottle Torresella Rosé Prosecco, chilled
Add the blueberries, mint and sugar to the bottom of a large bowl or pitcher.
Muddle the ingredients together.
Pour the chilled prosecco over the muddled ingredients.
Mix together, strain, pour and sip!
