  • 1 ounce ginger
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.75 ounces organic blueberries
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bottle of Torresella Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Peal the ginger and cut into pieces. Heat it up in a pan together with the blueberries, sugar and the water. Reduce heat and reduce the liquid for 15 minutes. Cut the Lime into thin slices and put them also into the glasses. Put 3 ice cubes into each glass. Pour some of the syrup into the glasses, fill up with Prosecco and garnish with the basil leaves.
