Sonoma County Farm Trails

Founded in 1973 by a group of forward-thinking farmers, Sonoma County Farm Trails connects the public to local farmers, ranchers, producers, and purveyors to ensure the economic viability of local agriculture and instill an appreciation of ag as a vital part of our community. We achieve our mission with a Map & Guide, a dynamic website, seasonal tours, and marketing campaigns. We also produce the Gravenstein Apple Fair in August, to celebrate and support local farms, producers, and of course apples!
