When Jim and Eliza Rickards founded J. Rickards Winery in 2005, their goal was to produce hand-made wines that showcased the diverse soils and varying micro-climates of their vineyards. Beginning in 1978, Jim has established himself as one of the area’s foremost grape growers. He has pioneered efficient vineyard practices and has been a long-time proponent of sustainable farming techniques. Jim and Eliza are proud to feature their wines at Oliver’s Markets, as both companies share a local focus and emphasis on quality.
