Wellness Department Assistant Manager

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Performs all duties and responsibilities of Wellness Clerk
  • Aid manager in leading and managing staff
  • Aid manager in creating weekly schedules when necessary
  • Develop and train new and existing employees
  • Attend meetings and training’s
  • Manage inventory and pricing to achieve targeted profit margin
  • Order and replenish product
  • Maintain and organize displays
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Delegate tasks
  • Analyze sales data
  • Complete administration work


  • Passion for the department
  • Excellent attendance
  • A basic understanding of how business works
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Follow and enforce all applicable State of California Health and Safety Codes
  • Able to perform all physical requirements of position
