Tati was hired in 2001 as a Produce Clerk in Cotati. In 2004, Tati moved into Grocery and Dairy roles, but returned to Produce to serve as Assistant Manager in Stony Point when the store opened in 2007. In late 2015, Tati returned to Cotati as Assistant Manager and was promoted to Manager in 2016.
