Garrett joined Oliver’s in 2005 as a grocery clerk, and served as Grocery Lead, Dairy Lead and Front End Manager before his promotion to First Assistant Store Director, Montecito in 2015 and then Cotati in 2017. He was named Store Director for Cotati in April 2024. Garrett earned his AA at Santa Rosa JC and his BA at Sonoma State University.
