Cortney joined Oliver’s in 2015 as a Cashier (Cotati) and joined the Meat Department in Production (2017). She progressed from Production to Butcher (2019) and Lead Butcher (2021). In early 2023, she was named Assistant Manager at Montecito and promoted to Manager in November. Cortney earned her AS degree in Animal Science from SRJC.
