Aviation Cocktail
The Aviation is a cocktail with plenty of class and a whole lot of sass. Taking its signature shade of lavender from Creme de Viollette, this subtly flavored cocktail looks elegant and yet it super simple to make. We’ve done this one with Ford’s Gin for a truly delicious cocktail experience.
- Serves: 1 Cocktail
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Ford's Gin
- 1/2 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/4 oz. Creme de Viollette
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Fabri Cherry (for serving)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except cherry to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously or until outside of shaker is frosted, the strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a Fabri cherry before serving.
