  • Serves: 4 Pork Chops
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 thick-cut Oliver's Natural Boneless Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 (16oz) tub Oliver's Own Spinach Dip
  • 1 (16oz) tub Oliver's Own Artichoke Jalapeno dip
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together spinach and artichoke dips. Pat down pork chops with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then use a paring knife to cut a pocket into the thickest part of each pork chop. Fill with dip mixture, then season the outside liberally with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet until hot but not smoking. Cook pork chops until golden on both sides and meat springs back when touched. Allow chops to rest before serving, at least 5 minutes.
