- 1 (750ml.) bottle Mionetto Prosecco, chilled (or your favorite prosecco)
- 2 c. Lemon Sorbet
- 2 oz. Vodka, frozen
- 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
- Lemon or Lime Wedges (for garnish)
Combine Mionetto Prosecco, sorbet, vodka, and sugar in a blender or food processor. Blend until fully mixed - sgroppino should be frothy and smooth.
Pour into chilled champagne glasses or goblets, and garnish with a lemon or lime wedge. Serve immediately; sip slowly to best enjoy. Great as a boozy dessert, or serve between courses as a palette cleanser.
