Mango Glazed Chicken Breasts

This recipe is the perfect, easy-to-make entrée to serve at an outdoor patio party!


  • Serves: 4 servings
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20-25 minutes


  • 4 Rocky Air Chilled Bone-In Split Chicken Breasts
  • sea salt and fresh pepper
  • 6 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 2 fresh mangos


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the breasts and place on a large baking tray, bone side down. Smear the mango chutney evenly on the chicken breasts. Peel and cut the mango into slices and arrange next to the breasts on the cooking sheet.

  3. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear. Serve immediately garnished with the cooked mango slices.
