- Serves: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Griffo Gin
- ¾ oz. fresh Lemon juice
- ¾ oz. fresh Lime juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. chilled Club Soda
- 10 Mint leaves
- 1 Mint sprig
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Lime juice, Lemon juice, simple syrup and Mint leaves.
Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Strain into ice-filled serving glass, top with soda water.
Garnish with mint sprig and serve immediately.
