- One 17 oz. container plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Assorted berries or other fruits
- 2 cups granola
In a bowl, carefully whisk the yogurt, cream and vanilla together until combined.
Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top of the yogurt mixture. Do not stir the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and tightly seal the edges. Refrigerate for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
When you are ready to serve, without stirring the mixture, spoon a large dollop of the yogurt into a wine or other tall glass and top with a large spoonful of granola. Add some berries over the granola. Repeat the layers once more, ending with the berries on top.
