Falafel Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz) bag Afia Frozen Falafel
- 4 Eureka Tortillas
- ½ C. Bolani Garlic Mint Yogurt Sauce
- ½ C. President’s Crumbled Feta Cheese
- ¼ C. Bio Orto Organic Peranzana Olives, sliced
- ½ C. Ital Brand Marinated Artichoke Hearts, quartered
Instructions
Cook the Afia falafel according to the package directions until hot and crisp.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
To assemble, spread about 2 tablespoons of the Garlic Mint Yogurt Sauce down the center of each tortilla. Arrange 3 to 4 falafel pieces over the sauce, then add the marinated artichoke hearts, sliced olives, and crumbled feta. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly to form wraps.
Serve warm with extra yogurt sauce on the side for dipping.
Tip: For a snug wrap, gently mash the falafel before rolling so the fillings stay in place.
