Easy Roasted Asparagus with Cobram Estate Olive Oil

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 7-10 minutes


  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons Cobram Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teas[ppm fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425*F

  2. Spread asparagus on a baking tray in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gently toss on the tray and rearrange into a single layer.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven until just crisp tender, 7-10 minutes. Be careful to not over bake. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
