- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 tablespoons Cobram Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teas[ppm fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Preheat oven to 425*F
Spread asparagus on a baking tray in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gently toss on the tray and rearrange into a single layer.
Bake in a preheated oven until just crisp tender, 7-10 minutes. Be careful to not over bake. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
