Easy Roasted Asparagus

Asparagus a great side dish because they’re already so delicious on their own – all you need  is a little heat and some simple seasonings to bring on the flavor bonanza! We love these alongside seared fillet mignon and broiled lobster tails for the ultimate Valentine’s Day date-night at home.

  • Serves: 2-4 servings
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 7-10 minutes


  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teas[ppm fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425*F

  2. Spread asparagus on a baking tray in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gently toss on the tray and rearrange into a single layer.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven until just crisp tender, 7-10 minutes. Be careful to not over bake. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
