- 1/4 c. Oliver's Own Roasted Garlic
- 1 loaf French Bread, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with foil. Mash the roasted garlic in a coarse paste. Mix with mayonnaise, softened butter, parlsey, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Spread roasted garlic mixture evenly over cut side of bread then arrange bread on tray. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted.
For soft garlic bread, wrap bread in aluminum foil instead of lining tray.
