Easy Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream

Let those strawberries shine in this recipe for Fresh Strawberry Ice Cream! Even better? This recipe doesn’t require an ice cream maker!

  • Serves: 10 servings
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes


  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled and pureed
  • 8 oz. fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt


  1. In the large bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. Carefully fold in the condensed milk, salt, pureed strawberries and chopped strawberries.

  3. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4 hours or until hard - if you can wait that long!
