Classic BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Nothing says summer like tender, fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs smothered in Oliver’s Own BBQ Sauce. Sweet, smoky, and finger-lickin’ good—this recipe brings bold flavor straight to your grill.
- Serves: 6 servings
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Baby Back Ribs
- 3 tablespoons Oliver’s Own Rub Potion #9
- 1 cup Oliver's Own BBQ Sauce
- 1 sheet aluminum foil
Instructions
Preheat a gas grill for high heat, or arrange charcoal briquettes on one side of the barbeque. Lightly oil the grate.
Trim the membrane sheath from the back of each rack. Run a small, sharp knife between the membrane and each rib, and snip off the membrane as much as possible.
If using a gas grill, Reduce gas heat to low and close the lid; cook ribs, undisturbed as possible, until meat pulls away easily from the bone, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees. If using briquettes, place on grill away from coals. Cover and cook for 1 hour without opening.
Before serving, brush with BBQ sauce and grill an additional 5 minutes. Allow to rest before serving.
