Chocolate-Dipped Marshmallows

Chocolate-covered strawberries have become the go-to Valentine’s Day dessert– but they’re certainly not the only thing that tastes good with chocolate!


  • 12 marshmallows
  • 2 oz. semisweet chocolate
  • 3 tbsp. toppings (chopped nuts, sprinkles, coconut shreds, etc).


  1. Microwave chocolate in a large microwaveable bowl on high, stirring every 10-15 seconds, until smooth.

  2. Dip half of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drop off.

  3. Sprinkle with desired toppings

  4. Serve immediately or chill until firm, about 20 minutes
