4th of July Wine Spritzers
Let’s face it – now that summer’s here, it’s HOT. Cool off this 4th of July with these refreshing wine spritzers! Loaded with fresh watermelon and blueberries, it’s a cocktail that’s as fun to look at as it is to drink.
- Serves: 1 Gallon
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 c. Watermelon, cubed
- 2 c. Blueberries, washed
- 1 (750ml) bottle Dry White Wine, chilled
- 1 (1lt) bottle Lemon-Lime Soda, chilled
- 1 c. Watermelon Juice, chilled
- 2 Limes, sliced into wedges (garnish)
Instructions
Place cubed watermelon and blueberries in the bottom of a 1-2 gallon pitcher. Pour in watermelon juice and white wine, then top with soda. Stir gently and pour into glasses, making sure each glass has watermelon cubes and blueberries.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
