Bursting with color and flavor, our Carrot-Ginger Soup is surprisingly hearty for a soup that’s so simple and fresh. It’s the perfect accent to our protein-packed Vegan Wrap, offsetting the intense richness of black bean hummus, falafel, and plenty of fresh veggies with its earthy sweetness and complex flavor.
