Dillon was hired at Oliver’s in 2007 as a Produce Clerk. He was promoted to Produce Manager in 2016 for the opening Windsor store. Previous experience includes work with Raley’s and local winery sales and service. Dillon was named 1st Assistant Store Director for Windsor  in 2019 and moved to Cotati in 2022.
