Use it as a base for cocktails, punches, and even grown-up slushies, or tie the whole thing up in a bow and give it as a fun gift.

  • Serves: 1 Bottle
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 2 Weeks

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Mandarins, cut in half
  • 1/3 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1 (750ml) bottle Grey Goose Vodka
  • 1 Lemon, cut in half
  • 3 Fresh Mandarins, cut in slices

Instructions

  1. Juice 4 halved mandarins into a medium pot and along with bodies; repeat with halved lemon. Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool, then transfer to a 1 ½-2 liter glass jar.

  2. Pour in vodka and add mandarin slices. Seal the jar, then shake vigorously to combine. Allow mandarin vodka to sit at room temperature in a dark area for about 2 weeks, shaking once daily to mix. To finish, strain vodka through cheese clot and transfer to a serving bottle. Seal and store in the fridge or freezer.
