The proprietors of Grindstone Bakery believe in the power of kindness and when you prepare your food with kindness it will treat your body the same way. They gently stone grind organic whole grains and mix them into a dough with their fermentation cultures. Next, a slow and long fermentation allows for the magical transformation of the grains that will nourish and protect your body. They operate two bakeries: one for Spelt, Rye and Barley; the other for Gluten Free breads based on Quinoa and Millet. They are proud to be creating artisanal, local, certified organic, vegan and yeast free breads since 1999.
