Fundamental Foods

Michael Schloss started Fundamental Foods in 2001 as a home delivered prepared foods business and catering company. He found that his hummus was very well received and over time the hummus business became his main focus. The business expanded to include their popular “Hummus Wraps” in addition to their hummus.
