Founded by brothers Dave and Joe Volat from Sonoma County, Eli’s Premium was born from a passion for good food, healthy living and outdoor cooking with family and friends. Dave and Joe realized that clean, classic ketchup was one of the hardest items to find and soon decided to create their own. The result is a ketchup with a fresh taste and a limey zest on the tongue that compliments classic, fresh foods rather than overpowering them.
