Oliver’s Now Offering Mindful Meats

One of the most sustainably produced beef options available, and Sonoma County sourced

Next time you are in the Oliver’s Meat Department, be sure to check out our new line of products from Mindful Meats, an exciting addition to our collection of sustainable meat, poultry, and seafood offerings.

Mindful Meats is a mission-driven meat company that brings regional, organic, non-GMO, pasture raised beef from small family farms to markets.  Their mission is to restore the health of America’s meat market – from the impact on the environment and the healthfulness of the meat.

Leaders in Dual Purpose Animal Farming, Mindful Meats works exclusively with pasture-based organic dairy producers in Sonoma County to repurpose retired organic dairy cows. Organic dairy animals spend their full lives producing thousands of pounds of food per animal per year.

Mindful Meats is also the first Non-GMO Verified Beef Company in the US. The company leadership worked closely with the Non-GMO Project and the USDA to create the first labeling standards for Non-GMO Verified meat, poultry and seafood. This has opened the flood gates to allow producers to bring their organically, non-GMO products to market.

How do Mindful Meats taste? According to the company co-founder and CEO Claire Herminjard, “Mindful Meats beef tastes amazing. Winning almost every taste test, the key words used to describe our beef are clean, beefy, rounded, sweet, mature, earthy, earthy, and rich.”

Top chefs in Las Vegas restaurants are among the group of loyal customers for their products. Oliver’s has a full line of steaks, ground beef, and hot dogs in all stores, so give Mindful Meats a try and perhaps you will join their following of loyal customers.
