Oliver’s Steakhouse Burger with Modern Times Black House Coffee Stout

A hardy beer for an even hardier burger. I know what you’re thinking… “A stout with my burger… yeah right!” We put in the time and the research and we are here to tell you this stout is incredible with this burger. The serious richness of the beef mellows out the roasted coffee malts of the beer creating an awesome flavor explosion experience. Hints of smoke and char are balanced by sweet chocolate and caramel. One of my favorite pairings.

Modern Times Black House Coffee Stout

An oatmeal coffee stout bursting with coffee aroma and flavor. Modern Times is one of the only breweries in the world to roast their own coffee, which allows them to be exceptionally picky about which coffees they use and how they roast them.

Oliver’s O.M.G. Burger with Founders Brewing Centennial IPA

O.M.G burger paired with the Founders Centennial IPA. These two worked so beautifully together, creating perfect harmony between hops and BBQ sauce! Citrus and notes of charred beef and smoke dance on the palate when both the burger and the beer are introduced to the senses. The malt driven centennial really brings out the flavors of the BBQ sauce and allows it to truly shine. A very tasty pairing.

Founders Brewing Centennial IPA

Get ready to bask in the glory of the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the citrus accents from the abundance of dry hopping. This one’s sweet, yet balanced. Malty undertones shake hands with the hop character for a finish that never turns too bitter.

Oliver’s Bacon Mushroom Swiss with Firestone Walker Luponic Distortion

Bacon Mushroom Swiss burger paired with the Firestone Luponic Distortion. The Firestone Luponic Distortion is perfect for this burger. The burger brings out the lively succulence of the hop profile in this beer. This juicy burger dampens the bitterness of the hops and in turn showcases the sweetness in the meat. Luponic Distortion is truly an awesome beer to wash a burger of this caliber down. No foolin’ around here, delicious beer and a delicious burger.

Firestone Walker Luponic Distortion

Luponic Distortion Revolution No. 001 features a blend of six different hop cultivators from the 2015 harvest, with an emphasis on a zesty tropical fruit driven experimental hop to create something entirely unique. The unique revolution number on the label tells you which release you have in hand.

Grab a burger, crack open a can and enjoy!
