Mitch Recommends Oliver’s Own Pork Baby Back Ribs

“I like my ribs grilled at medium or indirect heat. I prefer Oliver’s Rub Potion #9 rubbed a little heavy. The more rub, the spicier it gets. Cook until the meat has shrunk off the bone ¼ to 1/2 inch, with the bone tips beginning to turn black. Sauce, then remove from grill until cool enough to eat. Chow down!”
