Barrel Brothers Dark Sarcasm Porter paired with Oliver’s Steakhouse Burger
Barrel Brothers Dark Sarcasm is a dark beer for people who don’t like dark beers! Loaded with notes of chocolate, mocha and vanilla, the Steakhouse Burger is accented by the roasted malt profile of the beer. Subtle Nuances of BBQ sauce, and a finish with a hint of vanilla.
Fogbelt Hyperion Red Ale paired with Oliver’ OMG Burger
This pairing is an elegant balance of sweet and bitter, leaving a savory, balanced finish. Fogbelt Hyperion Red Ale has a rich and roasty flavor while the OMG burger is loaded with bacon, cheddar, and bbq sauce. Hyperion and Oliver’s OMG burger co-mingle perfectly!
Lagunitas Hop Stoopid paired with Oliver’s Bacon, Mushroom, and Swiss Burger
Lagunitas Hop Stoopid is just as its name states- Hoppy! A double-barrel dose of malt and dry-hopped brew brings out the delicious flavors of the Bacon, Mushroom, and Swiss Burger. The burger brings out the malts in the beer while the beer illuminates the mushroom flavor of the burger.
