Mitch joined Oliver’s Cotati in 2007 as a Butcher. He was named Stony Point Meat Manager in 2009 and joined the management team for Windsor’s opening (2016). Mitch “retired” in 2020, working on-call before leaving the area. He returned to on-call in 2022, and became Montecito Meat Manager in 2023.
