Men Yau joined Oliver’s Cotati in 2007 as Kitchen Clerk and worked through Front and Back of House roles as Deli Clerk. In 2009, he became a Deli Lead. In 2012, he left to complete his Associates degree at SRJC, returning in 2014. In 2018, he became Taqueria Lead at Oliver’s Stony Point. In 2019, he returned to Oliver’s Cotati promoted to Deli Assistant Manager 2, and Deli Assistant Manager 1 in 2020. In 2021, Men Yau moved to Oliver’s Montecito. He was named Deli Manager in May, 2025.
