Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Act as a liaison between staff and management
  • Extensive product knowledge
  • Assist in managing, supervising and directing staff
  • Aid manager in creating weekly schedules
  • Provide and maintain customer service and customer relations
  • Monitor producing
  • Aid in maintaining hot/cold cases
  • Financial/administration management
  • Vendor relations
  • Ability to provide guidance ant training to new and existing employees
  • Implement waste management
  • Process invoices and returns
  • Manage inventory to achieve target gross profit margin
  • Manage ordering process to meet quality standards, maintain competitive pricing and achieve target sales
