Corporate Administrative Assistant

Full Time Position, Monday-Friday.

Position Overview:

Responsible for assisting the Corporate Office Manager, CFO and HR Director in managing the activities of the executive office including general clerical duties, records management, scheduling, and data entry. Must be able to operate standard office equipment and have basic computer, general knowledge of accounting practices and principles and data entry skills. Experience in Microsoft Office is required. Must also have superior organizational skills and accuracy, and excellent problem solving and people skills. Additional responsibilities include general receptionist duties, special projects and other duties as assigned. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures including records and file management
  • General receptionist duties including phone and lobby customer service
  • Good customer service
  • Keyboarding and 10-key by touch with accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs Outlook, Word and intermediate/advanced Excel Skills required
  • Work and time management skills
