Meat and Seafood Department

Our full-service meat departments are staffed by some of the most experienced butchers in Sonoma County.

Our Oliver's Choice beef is hand selected by our meat buyer for superior marbling and flavor.

In addition, we carry Hick's Valley Grass Fed Beef. Locally raised in Petaluma, California, this beef is leaner and contains high levels of Omega-3 and CLAs which promote improved brain functions.

We carry Rocky free range and Rosie organic chickens from Petaluma Poultry, Falls Brand all-natural pork products, and CK locally raised lamb.

Our full-service seafood departments receive deliveries from local fisheries daily and offer the widest selection of fresh seafood around. We have partnered with the Blue Ocean Institute to bring you the most accurate sustainability ratings for each seafood item we carry.
